Banned FemDom Clips

Banned FemDom Clips

Especially in the industry of FemDom clip making, there will probably be a time where one or more of your FemDom clips get banned or removed from the clip site(s) you posted it on. It is my hope to share with you more information about this topic.

Why Do Some FemDom Videos Get Banned?

There are 2 main reasons why FemDom clips are removed from clip sites:

  1. The clip is against the clip site’s TOS (terms of service).
  2. The clip is against regulations set forth by merchant processors.

More than likely, the clip was removed because of #2.

What Are Merchant Processor Regulations?

Merchant processor regulations are the terms of use, created and enforced by large credit card processors, such as Visa and MasterCard.

As you can probably guess, credit card processors are usually not exactly adult friendly, especially when it comes to certain topics or fetishes.

What Do Merchant Processor Regulations Mean for FemDommes?

Most often, this means that certain words in your clip title and clip description are banned. Therefore, any clip with those banned words in a clip title and/or clip description are simply removed from the site.

Much to the frustration of many clip producers, clips can be banned that do not actually contain banned content. For example, a Goddess Worship clip can say something like this in the description, “You won’t be able to breathe once you see how My perfect body looks in this slave-bought lingerie!” However, this clip would be banned because of the phrase “won’t be able to breathe”, which can be associated with suffocation.

To add to the frustration, credit card processors generally don’t really “check” on a site’s compliance on a regular basis. So, clips that may have been up for months or years will suddenly be banned, once the credit card processors start to do their checking.

What do FemDommes Do About It?

It goes without saying that FemDom clip titling and description writing can become a little more challenging with all of this to keep in mind. However, it is just a necessary part of our industry. You can save yourself a lot of frustration when credit card companies do perform their checks by titling and writing with all of this in mind.

Basically, as a FemDomme, you have a two choices:

  1. Create content that is bannable by merchant processor regulations. However, instead of using words like “Trance”, words that mean the same thing are used such as “Tr4nce” or “Tr**ce”.
  2. Do not create content that is bannable by merchant processor regulations and be careful in your titling and description writing.

However, with #1, you do still run the risk of the clip being removed. Many of the words are now including variations of banned words.
