FemDom Blackmail Warning!

FemDom Blackmail Warning!

It is with great sadness for me to read and comment on the following news article of a Domme receiving a charge for extortion from federal prosecutors. You can read the full story here.

*Please note that her personal name, age, general location, as well as her FemDom Twitter are all linked in the article. This information may be devastating to her or any Domme with such connections out in the open, so please treat this link with respect.

I warn against Dommes using such things as Teamviewer, Banking Passwords, and Credit Cards. However, it is also important to directly warn everyone about blackmail.

Consensual blackmail is fun for both the Domme and the sub. However, as the Domme, please remember that you are in control.

This might sound not sexy. But, as much as the sub is horny and in-the-moment, and telling you how much he wishes for you to blackmail him and hold him to it, the most you can do is threaten him that you will blackmail. End of story. Even if you’re more than willing to really “out him” to his friends, family or anything else, you need to put yourself first and realize the serious legal trouble you can get yourself into, just as the Domme from the article. No one sub is worth it.

The exception to this *MIGHT* be if you have a blackmail contract, especially one written by a lawyer you hire. However, it is generally agreed upon that such contracts would most likely be powerless in protecting you legally, depending on the severity of the blackmail you are participating in.

It is important to realize the bottom line in that real blackmail and extortion are illegal. Similar to any other illegal activity, there is no contract or any exception that can be obtained to make any illegal activity legal in the eyes of the law.

Remember, please stay safe! Always put yourself and your safety (legally and otherwise) first. There are so many subs out there! There is no need to fixate on any single one of them. It’s just not worth it.
