General Info

Streamate is a very popular, private based cam site that provides fantastic traffic, HD streaming and fair ways for a model to obtain a better placement on their page. Among all of the FemDom friendly cam sites available, this is usually the first place to try as it pays the highest percentage out of many private based cam sites. The traffic is top notch and a great place for any FemDomme to try that is looking for a big exposure boost!

The catch is that, on Streamate, you can’t advertise yourself by giving members your social media accounts, for example. So, unless a user Googles your name and finds your website and/or social media pages on his own free will, you are not allowed to give him off site contact information. Generally, this is not an issue to worry about but more of something for you to be aware of. The good subs will always find a way to keep in touch with you.

FemDom Focuses

Streamate is primarily vanilla but it does have a “bondage” FemDom category so that subs can find you much easier. I can tell you from experience that there are plenty of subs looking to purchase FemDom shows and even vanilla guys that are looking to try FemDom for the first time on Streamate.

As well, under “Kinky Attributes”, here are a few that I thought were applicable to FemDom from which can tag yourself (you can pick up to four):

Streamate also has a tagging system. Any user in your chat room can tag you so be sure to command subs to tag you appropriately. Tags like “FemDom” or “Humiliatrix” are examples of what might be good to ask for. Of course, because anyone can tag you, it is wise to frequently check your tags to ensure they’re accurate. Every once in a while, it is normal to have a troll tag you inaccurately.

Earnings & Payouts

Streamate models earn 35% of all earnings through the site. This is a great payout for a private based site, especially when you consider what goes on behind the scenes.

Keep in mind, there are other great ways to make the most out of Streamate outside of only doing private shows.

Streamate has the following payment options, taken directly from their website:

• Check via Regular Mail
  This has no fee and has a minimum payout amount of $20. It is available everywhere. The check mailed is very discreet and is from a company called “ICF”.
• Check via FedEx
  This has a fee of $30 with a minimum payout of $200. It is only available in the USA.
• Wire Transfer
  This has a fee of $40 with a minimum payout of $240. It is only available in the USA.
• Payoneer
  This has all of the standard Payoneer fees. The minimum payout is $100 and is available everywhere except for India and China.

Types of Shows

Free Chat

Free chat isn’t really a show but, generally, you will hang out in free chat until someone takes you to a private show. In free chat, I typically like to sell videos or tell subs about anything else I have that they can purchase. Free chat does not have to be a complete waste of time for pointless chit chat unless you want it to be.

Premium Chat

Premium chat is a group chat where more than one user can enter at a time. This can really add up and be your most profitable show if multiple users are watching.

From my experience, premium shows don’t happen super often or for very long. The nature of FemDom camming is that most subs have specific fetishes that simply cannot be tailored to in a group environment. Even still, ten minutes of a goddess worship session in premium is an awesome boost to your overall, daily goal!

Exclusive Chat

This is a one-on-one chat between you and one, paying customer. This is where you can really learn about the sub and create a unique experience using their fetishes for and against them, all for your benefit! From my experience, this is the go-to place for FemDom and I’d say about 85% of my Streamate incomes is from exclusive chat.

Gold Shows

This is another group show option, designed to give customers a really good deal, usually in the hope that a lot of people will join. For example, $5 per user for a 7 minute show. I personally don’t use gold shows, nor do I know any Domme that does, but it is good to know and understand that it’s there, especially when users ask you if you do gold shows.

Placement on Homepage

Unlike most cam sites that place models in order of money made per hour, Streamate is known for having a pretty good, fair placement algorithm.

As long as you have really good equipment (high speed computer, high speed internet, HD webcam and use of the HD encoder) and cam on a regular basis, generally you will have a decent placement. Streamate rewards models that put in the hours and are consistent with their camming schedules.
